X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne is the world's favourite plastic surgery enhanced star, according to a new poll.
Thousands of votes were lodged in the poll, conducted by credit protection firm CPP, and Osbourne came out head and shoulders above the others.
The wife of rock star Ozzy Osbourne has splashed out more than £120,000 on reinventing herself but the results have been worth it, this poll suggests.
Sharon beat off tough competition from Madonna, 47, Carol Vorderman, 45, Cher, 60, and Davina McCall, 38 for the top prize.
However, there was also a worst reinvented chart and this, unsurprisingly, was won by one-time king of pop-turned freakish-looking Michael Jackson.
Wacko Jacko, 47, finished ahead of Celebrity Big Brother star Pete Burns, 46, actress Leslie Ash, 46, Victoria Beckham, 32, and Anne Robinson, 61.
