Jennifer Lopez has signed up with a US TV channel to co-produce a new show.
The actress, who is as almost famous for her Latino beauty and curvaceous figure as for her music and acting career, is to work on Echo Park for cable channel FX.
According to reports, the show will take a look at the mix of yuppie, Latino and hipster culture within the Echo Park neighbourhood in Los Angeles.
Busy Jennifer is currently working on Moves, a reality show on MTV which follows six dancers as they try to hit the big time.
Meanwhile her personal life seems to be as busy as her working life. According to the Associated Press, a trip to court will not be necessary for the singer to settle a dispute with her ex-husband Ojani Noa.
Noa attempted to squeeze £5 million from the actress and singer by threatening to publish a book which detailed intimate details about their sex life, entitled The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller, unless she paid up.
However their attorneys have said that the issue can be settled through arbitration rather than before a judge.
