It might be the most unlikely pairing since, erm . Courtney Love and Steve Coogan.
This time the wild lady rocker has her heart set on another British funnyman - David Walliams.
The two met when Love went to see Walliams performing in his Little Britain Live tour in Brighton, and the comedian is now said to be head over heels, according to the Sunday Mirror.
The 41-year-old widow of Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain is a self-confessed addict of Little Britain, and spent time with Walliams, 34, and his comedy partner Matt Lucas after the show.
An insider said: "Courtney loves Little Britain and was thrilled to meet the guys. They got on really well and they were all laughing and joking after a few drinks together.
"She seemed especially taken with David. They swapped numbers and went their separate ways, but he has been trying to get in touch with her ever since."
Womaniser Walliams is now said to be desperate to see her at her home in Los Angeles.
The spy added: "When David sets his sights on someone, he doesn't give up. But he may have finally met his match with Courtney. She eats men for breakfast."
Courtney has recently denied reports that she is still dating Alan Partridge funnyman Steve Coogan.
