Big Brother star Chantelle Houghton has revealed the turmoil she felt after splitting from her former husband Preston.
The pair are currently appearing in Ultimate Big Brother - the final ever instalment of the reality show.
The 27-year-old said she turned to plastic surgery after the break up three years ago.
Talking to fellow housemates Nadia, Ulrika and Brian, Chantelle said: "I didn't get over what happened when we split up and I'm only just realising so now I'm in here.
"I went and got my boobs done, face fillers and my lips done and I should have seen a therapist.
"I just wanted to completely change myself."
Breaking down in tears, she added: "I was on the M5 once and it got to the point where I was so upset that I just closed my eyes."
Chantelle - who is up for eviction this week - last night pleaded with Preston not to share his BB bed with anyone if she leaves.
"I don't want to see you on telly with another girl," she said.
