Reality TV star Heidi Montag has revealed that she fears her nose may fall off if she does not look after it.
In an interview with Heat magazine, the 23-year-old said she has to be careful, particularly when playing with her pets.
"It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life. I can't hug my dogs anymore. Especially with my face in the condition it's in, I can't get up close or kiss them," Montag said.
"If they were to hit my nose I wouldn't be able to get it fixed again! I have to be really careful. I feel like a porcelain doll."
She famously underwent ten cosmetic procedures in just one day last year.
Speaking to Life & Style magazine, Montag said she does not want her nose to fall off "like Michael Jackson".
The star has been wearing a nose plaster every day to keep it in place.
"The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr Ryan sculpted it," Montag added.
