Welshman Glyn has proven himself to have more dancefloor stamina than anyone else in the Big Brother house, after claiming victory in a gruelling ten-hour danceathon.
For this weekend's task the housemates had to literally dance the night away, complete with their own MP3 players, headphones and for some reason blindfolds. If at any point they stopped dancing they would be eliminated.
But as the less party-fit people dropped out, it was left to Glyn and self-appointed dancing queen Richard to battle it out for the win, with the club-happy Canadian blaming his eventual capitulation on a stray-pillow.
And the sixth-former's prize for his epic exertions? A teeny weeny trophy emblazoned with the words Big Brother Danceathon Champion 2006, and not the expected eviction immunity.
"That is brilliant! It's such a p*** take," said a suddenly not feeling so bad Richard, while Nikki was enthralled, "I am so jealous... I would have loved that," the wannabe supreme whined.
Hats off to Glyn though for surviving so long; not for the physical effort (there isn't much else to do in the BB house) but for managing to listen to MC Hammer's You Can't Touch This, Footloose by Kenny Loggins and Walk Like an Egyptian by The Bangles on repeat for ten hours.
Meanwhile in the other house, landlady Aisleyne is furious with Spiral, who unforgivably was caught kicking a grapefruit too noisily.
Yep that just about sums it up.
