Seany became the second person to be evicted from this year's Big Brother last night.
The fun-loving charity worker received 44.5 per cent of the public vote against millionaire Jonathan and political activist Carole during the last few days.
He had been the bookies' favourite to get the boot after his impulsive, bad-taste practical jokes soured voters' views of him.
But he couldn't believe his luck, admitting he was "shocked" by first being nominated and then by being given the boot.
Fortunately he was spared the wrath of the crowd endured by Shabnam in last week's eviction. They greeted his emergence from the house to welcoming cheers and he lapped up their applause before speaking of his time in the house.
Having justified his continuous pranks against his fellow housemates by saying he wanted to "put the fun back into Big Brother", he got all choked up when thinking about his friendship with one very special housemate.
It turns out "brilliant" Laura was the object of his deep feelings, rather than Gerry - with whom he had got rather intimate during his time in the house.
"He's not my type but... he's a nice guy and he's a good kisser," he said.
