Heavenly house head Rachel gave up her chance to receive a letter from her family and friends in order to give her other housemates their own letters, while Darnell was left embarrassed over a comment to Sara.

For the task, housemates from hell had to open and sort over 1000 letters – but housemates were unaware that among the mail, Big Brother included letters from home for heavenly housemates.

Kathreya found a letter from Mario to Lisa, which Nicole read out. Sara cried, saying "it's really affected me", while Darnell added: "For someone to talk to me like that, I would trade anything in the world".

She then discovered Dale's letter, while Nicole found one from Stuart's daughter Mia, which made him cry.

Mohamed's letter from his brother also prompted tears.

Although all of the heavenly housemates receive a letter, except for Rachel, none of the housemates from hell get one, which upset Michael.

Rachel was called to the Diary Room and given the choice to receive her own message, or give the housemates from hell their letters.

She decided to give the housemates their letters but did not tell them they came at the expense of her own.

Later on, Darnell embarrassed himself when Sara said she liked her t-shirt as it has a heart on it, and Darnell asked: "Why's it pointing down here? Is that where you need love?"

She then told Dale and Stuart that Darnell said "is that where you need love tonight?" and when he tried to climb into bed with her, she said "I'm scared you're going to feel me up" and got into bed with Stuart.

The night ends with an embarrassed Darnell attempting to sleep in the hell bedroom, eventually sitting on the sofa when Big Brother prevents him from staying there.
