Luke Marsden has become the latest contestant to be kicked out of the Big Brother house after Friday's eviction show.
But as the politics student was leaving the house grumbling about his eviction he was almost instantly replaced by former housemate Rex Newmark's girlfriend Nicole Cammack.
The 19-year-old student is already known to viewers and contestants on the Channel 4 reality show after taking part in an identity parade for a task last week.
"I'm very, very, very excited to be going in. It's a great opportunity, a great challenge," Nicole said.
"I want to support Rex, I miss him so much and I really, really want to see him."
No such upbeat messages from Luke, who was unimpressed by his eviction, which came after he gained 37 per cent of the public vote.
Luke, who had been up against seven other housemates this week, complained his days had been numbered since nursery nurse Rebecca Shiner – who he shared an under-the-covers fumble with – was evicted last Friday.
"They got rid of Rebecca, so they were going to get rid of me," Wigan-born Luke said.
