Big Brother 9 contestants will take part in a live nominations 'face-off' on Wednesday night with a £50,000 prize up for grabs.
Davina McCall will host two live shows, with the 21:00 BST edition showcasing the highlights of the previous 24 hours in the house.
A special second show at 23:05 BST will see the housemates forced to announce their nominations for eviction in front of each other.
But for the two housemates nominated for eviction, not all of the news is bad, as they will compete in a quiz game to win a jackpot of £50,000.
The winner of the £50,000, should they escape eviction this week, could still go on to claim the £100,000 grand prize at the end of the ninth series of the reality show.
Earlier this week, Mohamed Mohamed won a place in the final after being named Head of House.
The toy demonstrator is immune from this Friday's eviction vote after he claimed the most votes when housemates were asked to vote for head of house instead of making nominations for eviction.
Mohamed, 23, received four nominations, with Kathreya Kasisopa receiving three votes. Rachel Rice, Darnell Swallow and Lisa Appleton each received two votes while Rex Newmark and Mikey Hughes each were voted for once each.
