Ronnie Wood has dismissed rumours that the Rolling Stones will split following their A Bigger Bang tour.
The group ended their 30-date European leg of the tour at the weekend at London's O2 Arena and reports suggested that the concerts could be the last seen by fans.
But Wood told the Sun newspaper that although a well-earned rest is needed, himself, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Charlie Watt will be back before long.
"We need a rest but of course we will tour again," he said. "We'll never stop!"
Any suggestion that Wood is calming things down now that he has turned 60 were also rejected by the legendary rocker.
"I may be off the booze but I was still the last one to bed," he said about his birthday celebrations. "I'm still the most badly behaved out of everyone, I think."
Despite the London gigs being the last in a long line of shows, fans were treated to typically energetic performances at the O2, with Jagger telling the crowds that it was "good to be back in London".
Those lucky enough to get tickets for the London shows were treated to some of the older hits including Paint It Black, Jumpin Jack Flash, Satisfaction and Honky Tonk Woman.
