Singer Susan Boyle has returned to the Britain's Got Talent live tour after missing four shows this week due to stress.
The 48-year-old received a standing ovation as she appeared at Wembley Arena on Sunday for two performances in north-west London.
The church volunteer, who shot to fame after her initial Britain's Got Talent audition was watched by millions online, had missed shows in Liverpool and Cardiff this week after suffering from the stress of being in the spotlight.
The aspiring West End star also pulled out of two shows in Nottingham on Saturday, with tour organisers anxious not to worsen Boyle's struggle to cope with fame.
She was admitted to the Priory rehabilitation clinic in London just hours after being beaten in the Britain's Got Talent final by dance act Diversity.
Judge Piers Morgan later said the singer was emotionally exhausted having been thrust into the spotlight when her first audition for the ITV1 show became a worldwide sensation, winning Boyle celebrity fans such as Demi Moore.
Though the singer has clearly found her sudden fame tough to cope with, she received a supportive response from fans at Wembley Arena on Sunday, who saw Boyle perform Memory, from Cats, and I Dreamed A Dream for Les Miserables, the song which propelled her to stardom.
A spokeswoman for the show said: "They were on their feet for her. It was a standing ovation."
The Britain's Got Talent live tour ends in Bournemouth International Centre on July 5th, with 12 more shows to come at venues in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Coventry, London, Dublin, Belfast, Cardiff and Bournemouth. Boyle has missed shows in Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Cardiff.
