Flashy fivesome Scissor Sisters have continued their dominance of the UK music scene with both their single and album at the top of the respective charts.
I Don't Feel Like Dancin' sold more than any other single release for a second week running, while the same can be said for album Ta-Dah.
Also refusing to shift were The Killers, in what was a relatively static chart. Behind the Las Vegas group's When You Were Young is Rock School contestant Lil'Chris with Checkin' it Out, whose poor spelling gives away the fact he's only 16.
Slightly troubling US crossover group Evanescence leaped to number four with Call Me When You're Sober, with Justin Timberlake's Sexyback rounding off the top five.
Newcomers in the top ten were Lily Allen and LDN at six, burlesque-collective Pussycat Dolls' I Don't Need a Man at seven, and the 'it's so not-ironic its hilarious' Disney High School Musical single, Breaking Free, broke in at nine.
The album chart was just as inert as its singles counterpart; with the Fratellis and Razorlight still at number two and three respectively.
