Peter Andre has won "substantial" damages over claims in a celebrity magazine he lied when he portrayed himself as a loving father.
The pop star sued IPC Media for £300,000 for an article which appeared in Now magazine in July with the title: "Jordan Explodes: 'Tell the truth Peter!'".
The offending article discussed Andre's recent split from former glamour model Katie Price, also known as Jordan.
During the proceedings at the London's high court, Andre's legal team claimed the magazine had suggested the Australian was at fault for two accidents suffered by Price's disabled son Harvey.
His solicitor Gordon Williams told the court: "Separately, Mr Andre was also said to have demanded sick sexual threesomes from his wife, which horrified her and which she did not enjoy, feeling used and like a sex doll.
"As a result, Mr Andre was said to be lying in portraying himself as a loving father and husband."
Speaking after the ruling today, Andre said he was "pleased" with the decision.
"I take my responsibilities very seriously. I would never do anything to hurt my children, whom I love very much," he said.
Andre and Price divorced last month but their acrimonious split has continued to dominate celebrity news. The pair have two children Junior, four, and Princess Tiaamii, two.
