Michael Jackson's personal doctor has insisted in a video message to his supporters that he "told the truth" after the singer died in June.
In a video posted on YouTube, Dr Conrad Murray broke his two-month long silence since Jackson's death on June 25th.
He is understood to have issued Jackson with a powerful sedative before his death, the exact circumstances of which will not be released until an accompanying police investigation is concluded.
Dr Murray has not been named as an official suspect but is part of a manslaughter enquiry, court documents have revealed.
In his YouTube message, recorded last week, he said: "I told the truth and I have faith the truth will prevail.
"Because of all that is going on, I am afraid to return phone calls or use my email.
"I recorded this video to let all of you know that I have been receiving your messages. Your messages give me strength and courage and keep me going. They mean the world to me."
