Little Mix star Jesy Nelson has revealed how online bullies forced her into a strenuous exercise regime.
The singer, 20, reportedly dragged her fellow band members on "gruelling seaside power walks" in between recording sessions on their debut album after receiving a torrent of abuse over her weight on internet forums, reports the Daily Mirror.
After winning the X Factor in December, the girl group are preparing for a major tour, with each of them enlisting a personal trainer to help them tone up.
Speaking to the newspaper, Jessie said that it's important that they all get fit for their series of concerts as the shows feature "a bit of dancing".
"Because the tour's coming up, we're all eating more healthily and doing more exercise," added fellow band member Leigh-Anne Pinnock.
Their tour gets underway on 25th February and will see the girls perform twice a day.
In December, they became the first group to win ITV's popular TV talent contest.
