The Mitchell Brothers will headline the Beats stage at Get Loaded in the Park on August 26th.
As part of the the Streets' label showcase, the Mitchell Brothers will play ahead of Professor Green, Example, Man Like Me and Sinden.
The Beats is the record label set up by the Streets front man Mike Skinner and aims to provide a home for young MCs from the UK.
Example is a particular treat for fans at Get Loaded, with the young performer's new single I Don't Want To causing a stir on music TV channels.
The Streets will be headlining the main stage and have promised new material as well as hits from their first three albums.
Skinner recently collaborated with the Twang on a remix of their track Either Way and is putting the finishing touches to his new album.
Other acts confirmed for the festival include Dirty Pretty Things - who will be playing a number of new songs - and the Go! Team.
Also performing is Dizzee Rascal, fresh from releasing his third album Maths and English, and the Rumble Strips who will release their debut album this summer.
Other acts include MIA, the Automatic, Peter, Bjorn and John, Bonde Do Role and 2ManyDJs.
