Britney Spears has taken out a restraining order against ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and former manager Sam Lufti.
The 27-year-old obtained the order from a Los Angeles judge, on the basis photographer Mr Ghalib, Mr Lufti and lawyer Jon Eardley have been trying to take control of her affairs.
Toxic star Britney has been under the conservatorship of her father for a year after a turbulent spell saw her hospitalised and lose custody of her children.
According to the BBC, court documents state: "On the first anniversary of the establishment of the conservatorship, the co-conservators are informed and believe that these three figures are working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms Spears' health and well-being."
The order alleges that Mr Lufti tried to contact the singer by sending her text messages, and also sent "anonymous, harassing and threatening" messages to father Jamie Spears.
The Associated Press reported Mr Lufti has declined to comment, saying only he and Jamie Spears had reached an agreement.
In the year since Britney handed control of her affairs to her father, her life appears to have settled down.
She released her newest album, "Circus" in December and is preparing for an upcoming tour, including an eight-night residency in London's O2 arena.
