Tinseltown's favourite couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, otherwise known as TomKat, are said to have agreed on a whopping prenuptial deal worth over £23 million.
The pair, who recently celebrated the birth of their first child, Suri, agreed on the deal yesterday despite not having tied the knot, reports claim.
Holmes, 27, star of Batman Begins, already has a £8 million fund set up and will receive an additional £14 million if the unimaginable happens and they separate.
The astronomical sum is small change for Mission: Impossible star Cruise, 43, who has amassed an estimated fortune of about £250 million over the years.
News of this prenuptial deal being put in place so soon into their relationship has caused some concern about the couple's future.
The Daily Mail quotes a source saying: "Katie's family have always been very sceptical about this romance - they were shocked that Katie got pregnant so quickly and did not like the way she had turned her back on Catholicism for Scientology."
However, proving money can buy happiness, the source added: "But now this deal has been sorted out they are at least relieved that Katie and her baby will be financially secure for life, even if she doesn't marry Tom."
