Brittany Murphy has tied the knot with British writer-director Simon Monjack in a secret wedding ceremony.
The Eight Mile actress exchanged vows in Los Angeles last month after starting the rumour mill turning when they bought a pair of rings.
Murphy's spokesperson said the pair wed in an intimate service "officiated by a rabbi and they were surrounded by their families".
The Clueless star was also given a double surprise when Monjack gave her both rings because he simply could not choose between the two.
Celebrity jeweller Neil Lane told Access Hollywood: "The couple couldn't decide which ring they liked best, so they bought both.
"She got two big platinum and diamond cushion-cut whoppers - one big white and one big yellow."
Both newlyweds spent their honeymoon at the Kentucky Derby and will have plenty of time to enjoy each other's company as they are working together on Monjack's post-World War I flick The White Hotel, due out later this year.
