Hollywood starlet Scarlett Johansson has revealed that she has taken a fancy to Britain due to its comparatively tiny size.
Despite hailing from New York, the 21-year-old says that she loves how easy it is to escape urban surroundings in the UK.
"I love England because everything is so close," she told the Daily Mirror.
"In America, it takes three hours to drive to the countryside. Here you can work in central London and then party in the country in the evening," the Black Dahlia star added.
The actress is currently in London shooting her new film The Other Boleyn Girl, which also stars Natalie Portman, Eric Bana and Kristin Scott Thomas.
Scarlett plays Anne Boleyn's sister in the historical drama, with both girls vying for the attention of Bana's Henry VIII.
