Actress Lindsay Lohan is happy and healthy within prison and will bounce back after her release, her lawyer has claimed.
The Mean Girls star is expected to be released from a California women's facility after serving two weeks of a 90-day jail sentence.
Lohan, 24, was sentenced earlier this month for violating the terms of her probation order stemming from her 2007 drink-driving arrest.
Asked about her client's welfare while behind bars, Lohan's attorney said: "She's good. She's eating some Twizzlers."
Lohan will spend a mandatory three months in a rehabilitation facility after her prison sentence and is keen to return to work, said Ms Holley.
"She looks gorgeous. She's writing a lot. She's creating art," the attorney said. "She's a beautiful, talented, creative woman, and she's going to come out and surprise you all!"
