It was a case of You, Me and no Kate last night at the London premiere of Kate Hudson's latest film.
Those who turned up to watch the red carpet glamour had to make do with co-stars Michael Douglas and Owen Wilson.
Kate pulled out of the You, Me and Dupree premiere at the last minute after splitting from her rocker husband Chris Robinson last week after six years of marriage.
But it has also been rumoured that her decision to not attend the screening was due to her hesitancy to encourage recent reports that things have been on more than just a professional level with co-star Wilson.
Hollywood gossip has suggested that the pair are more than just good friends and that Owen played a role in the marriage break-up - rumours which have been furiously denied by both actors.
A film industry source told the Daily Mail: "Miss Hudson does not want to fuel the problem. She feels that if she and Owen are in London on the red carpet together and she is photographed out partying with him, it will only add weight to the scurrilous reports linking them."
Owen is more than likely to be glad that he turned up however, as was treated to a female fan flashing him during a television interview.
