Heath Ledger's daughter Matilda will be the sole recipient of her late father's estate, thought to be worth $20 million (£11 million).
The Dark Knight star was found dead in his New York City apartment on January 22nd following an overdose of prescription medication.
And a will drawn up two years before his daughter's birth - which listed Ledger's assets at $145,000 (£80,450) - had declared that his estate would go to his parents and three sisters.
However, the actor's father Kim has revealed that the entirety of the Oscar nominee's fortune will go to Matilda, two.
"Our family has gifted everything to Matilda," he told the Australian Sunday Times newspaper.
"There is no claim."
Larry Williams, father of Ledger's former partner Michelle Williams, called in March for greater transparency about the worth of the actor's estate.
According to celebrity website TMZ.com, the company that wrote Ledger's life insurance policy is being sued for claiming his death may have been due to suicide.
The ReliaStar insurance company is alleged to have set out to investigate whether Ledger took his own life - despite the New York City medical examiner's office ruling that the death was accidental - as well as attempting to prove the late actor was dishonest on his insurance application.
A lawsuit obtained by TMX, purportedly from Matilda Ledger's trustees, claims ReliaStar is acting "maliciously, fraudulently and/or oppressively ... depriving plaintiff of the insurance policy benefits".
