She's up for an Oscar, but she's hardly flying the flag with self-belief is our Dame Judi Dench.
The veteran performer is up for best actress at the ceremony that is the culmination of the awards season in the US, but she is not exactly brimming with confidence that she will get her hands on the golden statue.
At a press conference during the Berlin film festival, the 72-year-old told reporters: "Don't put any money on me because you'll lose."
Dame Judi, nominated for her role as scheming teacher Barbara Covett in Notes On A Scandal, also confirmed she would not make the ceremony itself as she is undergoing surgery later this month.
"It's strange because in the theatre you would say 'break a leg'," she added.
"I can't because I'm going to have a knee operation. I can't go to the awards. I'll watch and cheer from my bed though."
The 79th Academy Awards ceremony takes place at the Kodak Theatre, Hollywood on Sunday February 25th.
