Many fans remain wholly unconvinced about Daniel Craig stepping out in James Bond's tuxedo, but his female co-stars are certainly pleased he did.
Caterina Murino and Eva Green, who play the lucky double agent's love interests in the upcoming Casino Royale, have both praised the way in which the blonde actor kisses.
"I'd award him a nine-and-a-half out of ten for technique," Murino said.
Kingdom of Heaven star Green was equally impressed by Craig's ability, claiming that "his kiss suggests he is a wonderful lover".
The 26-year-old clearly has a lot to say on her co-star's kissing, going on to say that he was "gentle, but not too gentle, passionate, but not too forceful".
"He is capable of being trashy and sexy and scary. And that's an attractive combination," Green adds.
Meanwhile, Craig, 38, has revealed he almost turned down the chance to play 007 as he was worried about being typecast as a secret agent.
But he said that these fears dissipated once he saw how "well written" the script was.
"I just sort of thought: 'What else am I going to do?' Yes, it may take away some of my ambition as an actor and directors might think twice before employing me. But it also gives me great benefit," Craig explained.
