Matt Damon's wife Luciana has given birth to the couple's second daughter, it has been revealed.
Gia Zavala Damon was born on Wednesday, the actor's representative Jennifer Allen told People magazine.
She joins older sisters Isabella, two, and ten-year-old Alexia (from Luciana's previous marriage) in the Damon household.
"Everyone's doing great," Allen added. "She is a healthy baby girl."
According to Damon's Ocean's Eleven co-star George Clooney, the 37-year-old is a "phenomenal" father.
"He absolutely adores those kids. He's doing it really well," he told People.
After completing reshoots on upcoming military thriller Green Zone, the Bourne Ultimatum star is to take the rest of the year off to spend time with his family, he has confirmed.
On the same day on which Damon's family grew, it was revealed that his Good Will Hunting co-writer and co-star Ben Affleck has a second daughter on the way.
Affleck's actress wife Jennifer Garner confirmed after months of speculation that she is expecting another daughter.
"We're so excited, obviously," the Alias star told Access Hollywood at Walt Disney's tenth anniversary party for the Baby Einstein line of merchandise.
"It always makes me laugh when people say 'Is she?' 'Isn't she [pregnant]?' It's like eventually you will know, so just chill out for a minute," she joked.
