Naomi Campbell is back under the spotlight as another former maid has claimed that the model attacked her.
The British-born supermodel already faces court cases resulting from accusations that she assaulted two of her housekeepers and now a third employee has said that Campbell subjected her to a series of "verbal, physical and emotional attacks" shortly after she was employed in February last year.
Amanda Brack's lawyer told Reuters in an interview that "on at least four occasions, Campbell assaulted and abused my client".
She alleges that Campbell struck her across the face with her Blackberry after a piece of luggage was left behind during a trip to Brazil.
Ms Brack's lawsuit comes as Campbell is in plea talks with prosecutors about the first assault charge. In that case the employee claimed the model hit her on the head with a mobile phone after a dispute over a pair of jeans.
Campbell has called that allegation "completely untrue".
In February 2000 the model pleaded guilty in a Toronto court to assaulting another former maid.
