People who are missing The Vicar of Dibley can get one more fix of the hit series this week in The Story of Dibley (BBC1 10/01/07). The special one-off show brings together cast and crew to tell the story of how the series came about.
Watch out everyone who shuns healthy food: Gillian McKeith is back on the warpath. The scrawny terror takes her campaign one step further in the new series and will actually live with the people she is trying to make lose weight. You Are What You Eat: Gillian Moves In (Channel 4 09/01/07) follows the health guru as she auditions people for the series and then moves into their homes and their lives. Expect tantrums and amazing results.
Other amazing transformations this week are guaranteed in Ten Years Younger (Channel 4 11/01/07). Presenter Nicky Hambleton-Jones returns to help people in need of a drastic makeover and this week works her magic on a 48-year-old woman from Suffolk who looks 61.
Other familiar faces are back in new series in the next seven days. The lovely Kirstie and Phil help people to find their dream homes in Relocation, Relocation (Channel 4 11/01/07) and kick off this week's show with a couple desperate to live by the sea.
Slightly less charming faces returning to screens as the hapless bunch in Shameless (Channel 4 10/01/07). The usual mayhem is predicted for the multi-award-winning show, with Frank having illegally married Sheila in Monica's absence and Debbie trying to get her mum out of the house.
Real Crime: The Caroline Dickinson Murder (ITV1 09/01/07) delves into the tragic case of the schoolgirl who was raped and murdered while on a school trip on France. The show looks at the failure of the French authorities to investigate the case properly and how justice was eventually brought about.
If you've ever wondered what daily live is like for people with Tourette's then Tourettes de France (Channel 4 11 /01/07) should give viewers a good insight. Keith Allen teams up with a party of teenagers from the Tourette Scotland support group and travels with them to France.
Sonia gets deeper into trouble this week in EastEnders (BBC1 08, 09, 11, 12/01/07) but Phil attempts to step to her aid, first by hiring her a lawyer and second by giving suggestions as to how she could escape. Stacey could also be getting into hot water as Sean becomes determined to find out the identity of her mystery man.
In Emmerdale (ITV1 08-12/01/07) Hari attempts to sneak more money out of Edna and Perdy is becoming increasingly insecure after the lack of attention from Grayson.
Meanwhile in Coronation Street (ITV1 08, 10 and 12/01/07) Tracy ups her campaign to make people believe Charlie is a wife-beater - but could she be getting in too deep and how many people will get caught up in it?
