Pete Doherty is in hot water once again after failing to turn up in court for a review of his 12-month community order.
The troubled rocker was scheduled to appear at Thames magistrates court this morning, having already missed two previous reviews.
However, he is currently on tour in Germany with his band Babyshambles and decided against returning to the UK for this latest review.
He has now been ordered to return for a rearranged appointment in four weeks' time on June 9th.
Doherty, 27, of Hackney, east London, had his community order imposed in February after he was sentenced for seven counts of possessing drugs.
Formerly of The Libertines, Kate Moss' on-off other half played in Berlin with his current band last night and is due to play in Hamburg later today.
