Striker Didier Drogba was frustrated with his side's 2-2 draw with Atletico Madrid, despite Chelsea qualifying for the Champions League knockout stage.
Drogba looked to have given Chelsea three points when he scored his second goal with two minutes to go, but Sergio Aguero equalised in injury time.
And Drogba was frustrated with how his side conceded the decisive goal: "I think we could have done a lot better with the wall before the free kick, and maybe we should not have given a free kick away at all.
"It is really frustrating after the amount of effort we put in, but it was a good game."
It was Drogba's first match in the Champions League since his three-match ban after last year's semi-final defeat to Barcelona, and the Ivory Coast striker was happy to be back.
"I did not treat it as a special game just because I have missed the last three games because I have played many Champions League matches," he continued.
"But I was very happy to be on the pitch and playing with my team-mates."
