Marlon Devonish defended his 200 metres title with victory at the UK Championships and World Trials.
The 31-year-old recorded a time of 20.79 seconds to win in Manchester.
The victory backs up his 100 metres victory on Saturday, where he finished ahead of Craig Pickering and Mark Lewis-Francis.
"I was grimacing out of the turn but came back at the guys," said Devonish, who suffered from a poor bend during the race.
Devonish became the first sprinter since 1953, when Emmanuel McDonald-Bailey did it, to successfully defend both sprint titles and finished ahead of European junior champion, Alex Nelson, while Luke Fagan ran a personal best in third.
Jennette Kwakye claimed the women's sprint double with victory in the 200 metres, added to her 100-metres win yesterday, in a time of 23.66 seconds.
Despite the victories Kwakye's times over both distances were short of the required qualifying times for the World Championship in Japan and she will have to wait on the selectors' decision.
Heptathlete Kelly Sotherton won the long jump after a season's best of 6.53 metres to beat Jade Johnson.
"It was a good competition and my rivalry with Jade makes it even more exciting," Sotherton said.
"I find it harder to get up for individual events rather than the heptathlon as the adrenalin isn't there.
"But I still really wanted to win this event again and make it three UK titles."
