Three people have appeared in court charged with aggravated burglary following the death of a 20-year-old man in Hook, Hampshire.
Dwayne Ayres, from Yateley, was found injured in Holt Way on Sunday morning and later died at Frimley Park hospital in Surrey from a stab wound.
Lucy Ayres, 28, from Crondall, Stuart Young, 21, of Berkshire, and a 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for all legal reasons, all appeared at Aldershot magistrates' court on Thursday.
Ms Ayres and the teenager were remanded in custody and Mr Young was granted unconditional bail. All three are due to appear at Winchester crown court on November 21st.
Another 24-year-old who had been held on suspicion of murder was released on bail until January 14th.
A statement from his family, released through police, said Mr Ayres would be missed by his partner Emily and 18-month-old son Richard.
"Dwayne was a lovely, caring son to Vanessa and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him for what he was and will always be remembered for," the statement declared.
"He had just started to live his new life with his love Emily and their son Richard.
"The family and the large extended family of relatives and friends will miss Dwayne and we would ask everyone to respect their privacy at this time of tragedy."
