Police have released the names of three people whose bodies were found in what has been deemed a 'family tragedy'.
A post-mortem will be carried out on the bodies of mother Sue McFall, 56, and her 18-year-old daughter Francesca, who were found dead at their home in Oswestry on Friday.
A body which was later found is believed to be that of Hugh McFall, Francesca's father and Mrs McFall's husband. Police are treating the two women's deaths as murder and Mr McFall's as suicide, and are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident. Some reports have speculated Mr McFall murdered his wife and daughter before killing himself.
Detective superintendent Sheila Thornes of West Mercia police, the officer leading the police investigation, said: "This is an extremely tragic case and the investigation into the circumstances is still in its early stages.
"However, I can confirm that although a number of witnesses are still to be seen, we are not looking for anyone else in connection with this investigation.
"Although formal identification is not likely to take place until early next week, we believe the three people are those whose names have been released."
She said a Home Office pathologist would be conducting post mortems over the weekend to establish the cause of death.
