A eenager has died after being stabbed during an attack in Sheffield
A teenager has died in hospital after being stabbed during an argument in Sheffield over the weekend.
The 18-year-old was attacked on Saturday night in Rokeby Drive, Parson Cross, after a nearby house party.
The attack is reported to have involved two rival Sheffield gangs with eyewitnesses claiming as many as 40 people clashed on Saturday night.
A subsequent post-mortem found the victim died as a result of stab wounds to the chest.
Three people have been arrested, one aged 16 and two aged 17, on suspicion of murder and are continuing to be questioned by South Yorkshire police.
A police spokesman said the identity of the victim should be released today.
