Tamara Clark was found on Wednesday
Two teenagers who were arrested on suspicion of abducting a missing Plymouth schoolgirl have been released by police.

Tamara Clark, 13, went missing on Sunday and was eventually found by police in Plymouth on Wednesday.

The schoolgirl, known as Tammy, was discovered in the West Hoe area of the city shortly after noon.
The two teenagers, aged 18 and 19, were arrested by Devon and Cornwall police yesterday.

However, today the pair were released, with a police spokesperson claiming no further action would be taken against them.

Tammy was reported missing by her family on Sunday when she told friends she was going to the Warner Village cinema but did not return.

CCTV footage showed the teenager with "two lads" at the Barbican leisure centre on Sunday evening.

On Monday police said they had become "increasingly concerned" for her welfare.

"There is no reason for Tamara to go missing and no reason for her not to call her mum," Detective Inspector Jim Colwell said at the time.

"Tamara is a young girl who is not equipped for life on the streets."

The 13-year-old was taken to Charles Cross police station for a de-brief after being found and police later declared she was "safe and well".End of story
