Police investigating sex attacks on two women are appealing for information to trace a man they want to question.
A 52-year-old woman was attacked when walking on Ilkley Moor in June 2006, which detectives believe is linked to an attack on a 16-year-old in Halton, Leeds, in July 1997.
Officers want to speak to David Newton from Knottingley in west Yorkshire after receiving new evidence.
The 55-year-old is described as about five-foot six inches tall, medium build with a beer belly, tanned, no top teeth, with a brown mole on the left side of his face.
He is thought to own a metallic powder blue Land Rover Freelander, registration NA51 VYM.
Mr Newton's vehicle was spotted on the M5 heading for Cornwall last Friday. Although he could now be anywhere in the country, he is known to have links to the St Ives and Helston areas.
Chris Thompson, detective superintendent for West Yorkshire police, said: "We are urgently appealing to the public to contact us with any information that will help us trace David Newtons current whereabouts.
"It is vitally important that we locate him and speak to him as soon as possible.
"We would advise anyone who sees him not to approach him but to contact the police immediately on 999."
Anyone who has seen a man fitting David Newtons description or his vehicle since last Friday should contact West Yorkshire Police on 0800 318001.
