Hampshire detectives investigating Dwayne Ayres' death have released five people without charge
Hampshire detectives investigating the death of a 20-year-old man in Hampshire have released five people without charge.
Dwayne Ayres, from Yateley, was found injured in Holt Way in Hook on Sunday morning and later died at Frimley Park hospital in Surrey from a stab wound.
Two 21-year-old men, a 19-year-old man, a 20 year-old man and a 27-year-old man were arrested on Sunday but have now all been released without charge, a statement from Hampshire Constabulary confirmed this morning.
A total of four people remain in custody, three on suspicion of aggravated burglary and one on suspicion of murder.
Reports suggest that Mr Ayres had recently been released from prison after being jailed for two-and-a-half years in 2007 following a conviction for causing death by dangerous driving.
A statement from his family, released through police yesterday, said Mr Ayres would be missed by his partner Emily and 18-month-old son Richard.
"Dwayne was a lovely, caring son to Vanessa and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him for what he was and will always be remembered for," the statement declared.
"He had just started to live his new life with his love Emily and their son Richard.
"The family and the large extended family of relatives and friends will miss Dwayne and we would ask everyone to respect their privacy at this time of tragedy."
