Reports claim two teenage girls have died after jumping off a 100ft bridge near Glasgow.
Police are currently working to identifying the pair who are believed to have jumped off the Erskine Bridge shortly after 21:00 BST on Sunday night.
A spokeswoman for Strathclyde police told inthenews.co.uk officers were currently working to find out the "exact circumstances" surrounding the incident.
The Daily Record newspaper claims they were teenage girls who were seen holding hands as they jumped off the bridge.
Their bodies were pulled from the River Clyde near the bridge following a search by the emergency and rescue services.
A Ministry of Defence spokesman confirmed it had been contacted by Strathclyde police to help with the search and a MoD helicopter took the pair to hospital.
