Chelsea have rubbished claims that star winger Arjen Robben has agreed to move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.
Madrid presidential candidate Ramon Calderon has said the Holland international has signed a pre-contract and will sign if he wins the elections and will be joined at the Bernabeu by Brazil star Kaka.
But the Premiership champions have insisted Robben, 22, will remain at Stamford Bridge.
A statement on their website read: "Chelsea totally refutes statements made by Real Madrid presidential candidate Ramon Calderon linking Chelsea winger Arjen Robben with a move to Real Madrid.
"Chelsea would like to make it clear that we have not spoken to Snr Calderon or any of his representatives and categorically deny the suggestion that an agreement on any level has been reached."
Calderon has been quoted as saying both Robben and Kaka will feature in the Galacticos midfield next season.
He said: "Robben has signed a contract with us. It is not unusual though, for this club to attract players of this quality."
He added: "I have no doubt at all that Kaka will come to play for Madrid. I am delighted that he is coming."
AC Milan have made an official complaint to Fifa over Calderon's approach for Kaka insisting there is "no possibility" of the Brazil star moving to Madrid.
Calderon's amazing announcement came 24 hours after rival candidate Juan Villar Mir claimed Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo was on his way to the Bernabeu should he triumph in the elections, which United have denied.
