The union Unite is due to head back to the high court today over a dispute with British Airways (BA) over the pay and conditions of its cabin crew.
The hearing will aim to overturn the changes brought in by BA, which included job cuts and freezing of pay.
Over Christmas the union had threatened a cabin crew strike, meaning hundreds of flights would need to be grounded, but the airline sought a high court injunction which prevented the action.
Last week a new strike ballot began for cabin crew action, although the airline said they would not be striking over Easter as had previously been understood.
The union will argue to the high court that it should have been consulted by the airline before the changes were brought in. But BA has said "the changes do not alter contractual terms and conditions for individual crew members", and therefore the union did not need to be told.
