Stuart Broad has declared himself fit for England's third one-day international against South Africa at Newlands.
The 23-year-old missed the washed-out match at the Wanderers and the tourists' victory at Centurion with a shoulder injury, as well as the two Twenty20 clashes.
But the Nottinghamshire all-rounder today announced he would be available for selection for Friday's third contest in the five-match series after taking part in training in Cape Town.
"I feel good," Broad said. "It's been a tricky couple of weeks getting my shoulder right but I feel back to full fitness and excited if selected for Friday."
James Anderson is also returning to the team despite continuing problems with his knee, while Graeme Swann (side) and Alastair Cook (back) remain out.
Ashes hero Broad admitted his time on the sidelines had been frustrating.
"But it's fantastic the way the lads have started the tour," he added.
"I'm just looking forward to pushing my way back into the side and adding to what has been a great start to the tour."
