Rock-bottom Ulster thumped the Newport-Gwent Dragons 38-13 at Ravenhill.
The Irish side, who led by just a point at the break, touched down six times through Ryan Caldwell, Rory Best, Bryn Cunningham, Isaac Boss, Simon Danielli, and Paddy Wallace. Niall O'Connor continued his devastating form by slotting over four conversions.
The visitors' scored two first-half penalties from Ceri Sweeney while Phil Dolman crashed over late on.
The result sees the Dragons remain in sixth spot while Ulster remain bottom but level on points with Connacht.
Elsewhere, Llanelli Scarlets kept their title hopes alive with a 30-7 win over Glasgow at Stradey Park.
The Welsh side, who led 15-7 at the break, rammed in five tries with New Zealand's Regan King grabbing a brace.
Gavin Cattle, Rees Priestlend, and Ceiron Thomas also crossed the line while Priestlend capped off a fine display by booting over a penalty and a conversion.
Glasgow touched down through scrum-half Sam Pinder while stand-off Colin Gregor kicked over the conversion.
The win for the Scarlets moves them into second spot while the Warriors remain in seventh spot.
Elsewhere, a try from Donncha Ryan gave Munster an 11-7 win over Edinburgh at Murrayfield.
The win for Munster sees them climb above Edinburgh into third position after 11 games.
