The sight of EastEnders' Alfie Moon hugging Little Mo is enough to send Billy Mitchell into a jealous rage in which he gives Alfie a shiner.
Billy is already feeling insecure about Little Mo's baby Freddie, the result of her rape, but is beginning to put those feelings behind him.
However, he becomes convinced that she and Alfie - who exchanged a sneaky snog under the mistletoe at the Queen Vic over Christmas - are having an affair.
And when Billy, played by Perry Fenwick, sees them hugging, he loses it and punches Shane Richie's character, the Daily Star reports.
Little Mo, played by Kacey Ainsworth, is then left looking after a battered and bruised Alfie.
