Former Bath players Michael Lipman and Alex Crockett have lodged appeals against their nine-month bans handed down by the RFU for missing a series of drug tests.
Lipman, Crockett and Andrew Higgins were suspended after they were found guilty of failing to submit tests on two occasions as Bath investigated allegations of misconduct.
Higgins, 27, has since announced his retirement from rugby.
However Lipman, 29, and Crockett, 17, who were co-captains at Bath last season, have decided to appeal the decision of the RFU panel and the punishment handed down.
All three players resigned from the club as it began investigations into the missed tests.
Bath had been attempting to carry out the tests following an end-of-season night out.
During the RFU hearing, though, all allegations of drug taking were dropped.
