Rubens Barrichello will switch from Brawn GP to Williams in place of Nico Rosberg in 2010 after signing a deal with the Grove-based squad, according to reports in the Brazilian press.
Rosberg has been linked with a move to either McLaren or Brawn GP in 2010, but Ferrari's decision to drop Kimi Raikkonen in favour of double world champion Fernando Alonso means the Finn is most likely to switch to McLaren and Rosberg to Brawn.
Reports in the Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper suggest that Barrichello "has already signed a contract with Williams for the 2010 season with a mutual option to extend for another year".
The reports also suggest that the Brazilian, who allegedly earns $2 million with Brawn, will be paid "some four times more" with Williams, although this is yet to be confirmed.
