Nigel Reo-Coker has blasted West Ham United for making him feel "unwanted" at Upton Park.
The England Under-21 midfielder is desperate to leave the Hammers this summer and has handed in a transfer request.
Despite helping West Ham dramatically avoid relegation, Reo-Coker revealed his misery at playing for the club.
"My personal feeling is I'm not wanted at West Ham United regardless of what's printed in the papers and what's been said," Reo-Coker told Sky Sports.
"I just don't feel wanted and it's the way that I've been feeling for a very long time, since January.
"It's disappointing and heartbreaking just to see that I'm not wanted."
Reo-Coker has endured a bitter relationship with the Hammers' fans this season after being accused of sulking after being denied a big-money move last summer.
The 23-year-old's form dipped as the Hammers' looked doomed before their fortunes turned in the closing stages of the season.
Aston Villa are favourites to sign Reo-Coker while Tottenham and Newcastle have also been linked with a move.
Reo-Coker insists he will decide his future after this month's European Under-21 championships.
"There's no progress, I don't know where my future lies right now," Reo-Coker added.
"All I'm just trying to do is prepare myself for the Under 21s. I honestly don't pay any attention to that (speculation) at the moment.
"At the end of the day if a club wants me they can contact West Ham United and they'll deal with that side of it."
