West Ham were deprived of a much-needed win against fellow Londoners Fulham as Phillipe Cristanval's late equaliser secured a 3-3 draw for Chris Coleman's side at Upton Park.
Tomasz Radzinski had put Fulham ahead on 16 minutes, but Bobby Zamora and Yossi Benayoun netted to put the Hammers in front just after the break.
American striker Brian McBride levelled for the visitors but Benayoun's second seemed to have sealed the game for the Hammers in spite of losing Zamora to a 76th minute red card.
Cristanval's late goal snatched a point for his side as injuries to Carlos Tevez and James Collins added to the hosts' glum mood.

But second-half strikes from Lee Cattermole, Julio Arca and Yakubu put pay to any ideas of easing relegation anxieties.
Sheffield United also came just short of adding three crucial points to their cause as Gary O'Neill struck late on to ensure Portsmouth took a point from Bramall Lane.
A Stephen Quinn free-kick had put the Blades ahead but an excruciating mix-up between Claude Davis and Paul Gerrard allowed O'Neill to make it all-square nine minutes from time.
Bolton and Manchester City fought out a goal-less draw at the Reebok in which, in spite of the Trotters' general superiority, the finest chances fell to the visitors' Bernardo Corradi.
