FBI arrests man accused of abducting seven-year-old daughter during supervised trip to London last weekend
A man suspected of kidnapping his seven-year-old daughter has been arrested in the United States after a week-long manhunt.

Clark Rockefeller, which detectives now believe to be an alias, was arrested by the FBI in Baltimore, Maryland, yesterday.

His London-based daughter Reigh Storrow Boss was unharmed and is set to be reunited with her mother Sandra Boss.

US media have quoted Ms Boss as saying she was "ecstatic" at the development.

Reigh has been missing since last Sunday when her father, who separated from Ms Boss last year, is suspected of kidnapping her during a supervised visit to the UK capital.

The FBI said Mr Rockefeller – who has no links to the famous US oil dynasty – was arrested at a marina flat after a tip-off from a member of the public.

Initial reports said the 48-year-old had fled to Central America with his daughter, with eyewitness reports placing him and Reigh in the Caribbean.

But it now appears the pair never left the states.

Prosecutors are now considering whether to charge Mr Rockefeller with kidnapping, assault and possibly identity theft.
