British number one Andy Murray looks on course to be fit for the first Masters series tournament of the season at Indian Wells.
The Scot has flown to the United States this week ahead of the California event, which kicks off on Saturday, with doubts hanging over his participation due to a virus.
And upon departing, Murray said in a statement on his personal website that he is "not 100 per cent yet", but that he is "feeling better for sure".
Murray has practised yesterday and today, although not at full pace after the illness that kept him out of Great Britain's Davis Cup defeat to Ukraine in Glasgow last week.
And the world number four looks to be on course to play in the main draw when he enters at the second-round stage.
The draw for the tournament took place yesterday, placing the Scot in the same half as world number two Roger Federer, who Murray could meet in the semi-finals.
His first match will be against either Florent Serra of France or Spain's Albert Montanes.
